A professional exterior detail is far more thorough than a car wash. Our exterior detail includes:

• Hand wash with pH-neutral soap
• Wheel and tire deep cleaning
• Clay bar treatment to remove embedded contaminants
• Wax or paint sealant (providing 3–4 months of protection)
• Bug and tar removal
• Tire dressing and exterior glass cleaning

A standard car wash only removes surface dirt. An exterior detail protects and restores your paint at a much deeper level.

Yes! Book 2 or more vehicles at the same time and receive a discount. This is great for families, businesses, or fleet vehicles. Contact us for multi-vehicle pricing.

We recommend booking 2–5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For ceramic coating or paint correction appointments, a bit more lead time is ideal.

A refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit is fully returned.

We collect a refundable deposit at booking to hold your appointment slot. Final payment is made after the service is complete and you've had a chance to inspect the work. We don't consider the job done until you're satisfied.

Appointment duration depends on the service and the condition of your vehicle. As a general guide:

• Express Detail: 45 min – 1.5 hours
• Interior or Exterior Detail: 1.5 – 3 hours
• The Works (Full): 3 – 5 hours
• Ceramic Coating: Full day (6–8 hours)
• Paint Correction: 4 – 8 hours depending on severity

Yes — we are 100% mobile. We bring all equipment, water, power, and supplies to you at your home, office parking lot, or any convenient location in Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR. You don't need to drive anywhere.

Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your vehicle's paint, forming a durable, hydrophobic layer of protection. It shields against UV rays, water spots, minor scratches, and chemical contaminants.

Our ceramic coating application lasts up to 5 years with proper maintenance. The process includes a full wash, paint decontamination, clay bar treatment, paint correction (one or two step), and two layers of ceramic coating.

Absolutely — pet hair removal is one of our specialties. We use professional tools and techniques to thoroughly extract pet hair from seats, carpet, and hard-to-reach areas. An additional fee applies based on the amount of hair and severity. We'll quote you before starting.

In most cases, yes. Our deep interior detailing process — including steam cleaning and shampoo of all surfaces — eliminates the sources of odors, not just masking them. We successfully remove pet odors, smoke smells, food smells, and more. Extremely severe cases may require multiple treatments.

For most vehicles, we recommend a full interior and exterior detail every 6 months. If your vehicle gets dirty quickly (kids, pets, outdoor work), quarterly detailing is ideal. Our Express Detail or maintenance wash is a great option for monthly upkeep between full details.

Not at all! In addition to cars, SUVs, and trucks, we also detail boats, motorcycles, and airplanes. If it moves and needs cleaning, we can handle it. Contact us for a custom quote on specialty vehicles.

We work hard to remove every stain we encounter. The vast majority of stains are fully removed with our deep cleaning process. Some very old or set-in stains may only fade rather than disappear completely — we'll always be honest with you about what to expect before we start.
